If our products do not meet your expectations, we offer the following options:

  1. Received damaged, or incorrectly shipped products due to our fault:

We will replace the product with the same product originally ordered without you incurring any extra fees for shipping and handling. But you have to return the product and email us receipt to refund you the shipping cost for the return.

Please notify our customer service department within 14 days of receipt of damaged or defective products at order@stylno.com

  1. Dissatisfied with the product:

Returns in this case are accepted within 14 days of receipt the product. You have the following options:

  1. Full refund for product cost only, no shipping and handling cost refunded (In case you received your order with our free shipping offer you will pay €10 EUR handling fees)
  2. Exchange your product with other product of your choice and you will pay the difference if the new product price is higher than the original one. And you also pay for the shipping and handling of all exchanged items.
  3. You must return the cancelled items to us at your cost.

In all cases, Please keep the package as is, and call us immediately for further assistance. Item should be unused and in its original packing. We will email you the full returning address (do not send it to our offices in London)

For EU Consumers: Directive 2011/83/EU provides you the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days for any reason. The 14 day “Right of Withdrawal” period begins from the date you receive the product. If you choose to cancel your order you must provide us with notice in writing prior to the expiration of the 14 day “Right of Withdrawal” period and return the product.
